I hope you do go to mass but it is also a day for fasting. As a rule of thumb, there are only 2 days for fasting in the Church, first is Ash Wednesday at the beginning of Lent and the second is on Good Friday at the end of Lent. No wonder the day before Ash Wednesday was called Fat Tuesday. Anyways, fasting means one full meal and 2 half meals but also check with your doctor if you can do this too.ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA
