Here are some Ash Wednesday schedules that may help you tomorrow.  Fasting is also observed for those who are beyond 18 years of age and below 60 years with one whole meal and two partial meals to be taken.  The only other day where fasting is observed is on Good Friday.  Of course, if you have a sickness or condition, you need not adhere to a fast and consult your priest and doctor about this.
