First Confession of a Young YouTuber

During the Holy Week, I was browsing some YouTube videos and one video led to another until it led me to a young dynamic woman who was becoming Catholic.  She responded to that yearning we all have deep within for the Unconditional Love of God.

Well, as we celebrate the Feast of the Divine Mercy, I'd like you to watch LizziesAnswers' video on her first confession.  My gratitude goes out to LizziesAnswers for giving us permission to show this.

We're all in a faith journey with different paths and experiences from various countries but we're going to one goal and that is God, and this event is one of those episodes in her life that is both profound and grace-filled.  The first confession is just the beginning, and going back is not a failure because we need that grace to attune back to Christ through our lives.  Besides, it takes a lot of tuning to be similar to Christ.

Walang problema kung pabalik-balik tayo sa kumpisal dahil gusto ni Kristo na tumulad tayo sa kanya sa paraan ng kumpisal.

As the Feast of the Divine Mercy just finished, I found out that the red and white rays from the heart of Jesus meant the blood and water that flowed out from Him on the cross.  Yet, the water also meant the overflowing graces of the sacrament of baptism and the sacrament of reconciliation that cleanses the soul.  And the gospel reading for that day is the gospel that shows the sacrament of reconciliation.  I'm making a mental note that I should read the diary of St. Faustina.

Also, you are not alone and there are very many people going thru their faith journeys too.  What we can do is we pray for each other like this video.
